Another Chicken Marinade

So tonight we tried out another marinade I found online. Here's what we did:

Ingredients:
  • 2T balsamic vinegar
  • 2t thyme flakes
  • 2t oregano flakes
  • 2T Dijon mustard
  • 1t garlic powder
  • 1t onion powder
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Salt and pepper as desired

Instructions:

  1. Mix everything together.
  2. Use it as a marinade for chicken.
We had about a pound of chicken breasts. Gus mixed it up this morning so the chicken could marinade all day. Oh, and he pounded the chicken breasts to an even thickness before marinading so they'd grill more evenly.

I think I like this one more than the previous one I posted. It tasted more of mustard, rather than vinegar. We ate it with the tarragon broccoli and some raw snow peas.
